1 C coconut milk
1 C paleo mayo
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t dried dill
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup water

1/3 cup fresh lime or lemon juice
2 tablespoons of finely chopped shallots
