How to Use Plant Magic^® for Organic Gardening Nature's Way

Directions for use of Foliar Magic Liquid Amendment

For general applications you can mix at a ratio of 1:330. One of formula and 330 of drinking quality, non-chlorinated water at ambient temperatures.

When mixing use a clean container free from rust and contamination.

Precautions for storage: Please warehouse this product away from direct sunlight and in temperatures lower than 35°C. or temperatures above 2°C.

General Precautions: Keep away from small children. This is a plant food formula derived from waste products. This product is not meant for human or animal consumption. If the product is ingested OR gets on exposed skin, flush with copious quantities of drinking quality water. 

This product is recognized for its soil amendment characteristics. It is recognized that it has nutrient value. Any nutrient claims, verbal or written, are estimates and not guaranteed.

Ingredients: water, compost, manure, fish, blood, bone.

Root Magic® can be dispensed utilizing large mechanical devices and can be used on any farming land to greatly augment the health of the poorest non-contaminated land.

We strongly encourage the use of mechanical farming equipment utilizing wide flotation tires so that the soil is not so compacted when the equipment traverses the land. The more crumbly the soil, the easier it will be to cultivate and the more optimal will be the quality and quantity of the plants’ production.

If you are mixing for 5 gallons (20 liters) or less:

1. Verify the container is clean, free from holes and can be enclosed.

2.    Add the required amount of Plant Magic Formula^®.

3.    Water should be at or near the air temperature.

4. Add ½ the required amount of water for the mix.
5. Shake the container vigorously for 30 seconds.
6. Add the remainder of the water.

If you are mixing for 5 gallons (20 liters) or more…

1. Find a clean 5 gallon or 20 liter pail free from holes and rust.
2. Obtain a piece of paper and a writing instrument.
3. Carefully calculate how much total concentrate you are going to be using.

4.    Water should be at or near the air temperature.

5. In stages mix a solution of 25% concentrate and 75% water.
6. Shake the container or stir rapidly with a clean stirring device for at least 30 seconds.
7. Pour the solution into the larger container until you have all the concentrate added.
8. Add the remainder of the water with some force (enough so a bit of foam appears in the mixture)

Spraying instructions

Spray Particles

The finer the spray particle the better your plants leaves can absorb the nutrient, make sure you are in the 100 micron range or smaller if possible. Make sure you can get under and over the leaves as much as is practical. A fogger is better than a sprayer if it is practical.

Air temperature

Make sure the temperature outside is at least 52 degrees Fahrenheit (10.5 Celsius). The maximum temperature should be 92 degrees Fahrenheit (33.5 Celsius). Providing the temperature is within the range the best time to spray is about the time it is light enough to see.

This does not mean the Plant Magic^® nutrient system won't work if you spray later in the day; pre-dawn is just the best time.

Equipment

Equipment clean and free from residue is best. An electrical or PTO-driven pump-powered fogger/sprayer is ideal. Next best is a spray system much like that used for paint application with the finest nozzle you can get. For small applications an airless paint sprayer will work wonderfully.

The third best is a pump type back pack sprayer with an ultra fine nozzle.
