Procedures for all Garden Vegetables including Ginseng
Treatment
The Plant by
Nature® nutrient system can increase overall plant, leaf, fruit,
and root size for all vegetables. It can also increase yields and extend
harvest time for vine and tuber crops.
When
Germination by Nature®
is used to treat the seed it will increase the rate of and reduce the time
for germination.
Be sure to use the
Root by Nature®
formula along with the
Foliar by Nature®
formula for best results. While your crops are growing.
Transplant by Nature®
will aid your bedding plants to become established much faster and will
greatly accelerate their growth after transplant.
When your crops
begin to bloom,
Bloom by Nature®
will increase the quality and quantity of your blooms. You will want to
spray at the time of budding and two or three days before or after you
have sprayed with
Foliar by Nature.
Treating
the vegetable seed prior to planting
To promote germination
and enhance early development, the following seed treatment is
recommended.
The treatment
consists of soaking the seed in
Germination by Nature®
nutrient at the rate of 2 oz. nutrient to 1 gallon of water for 8 hours.
Remember larger seeds will soak up more liquid.

If you are using a
mechanical planter, you may inject
Germination by Nature®
nutrient at the 2oz. per gallon concentrate level.
The seeds should be
covered in the nutrient mix prior to planting. The container should be
opaque and covered.
Plant the
vegetables per the seed company instructions. When you have completed the
planting, water the new planting with a mixture of ½ oz.
Root by Nature®
to one gallon of water for the best results. (15 ml in 5 l). Continue
watering your crop at least once each week with this solution for maximum
results.
If you are
going to be mechanically planting the seeds and you did not pre-soak them
then you should use an injector type spray unit on the planter as the
vegetables are planted.
In all
cases you should begin to activate
Sound by Nature®
on the crop land immediately for best results.
Spray the
Foliar by Nature®
Nutrient when vegetable plants are three to six inches (7.5 - 15 cm) tall
or right after the first set of leaves are seen, which ever comes first.
Foliar by Nature®
Nutrient should be sprayed at the rate of 330:1 (1/3 oz per gallon water
or 10 ml per 4 liters water). Follow the spray instructions for best
results
Spray each 10 days
during the life of the plant. It is possible to spray
Foliar by Nature®
nutrient from an air born crop sprayer. If needed
Root by Nature®
can also be applied with a mechanical sprayer aimed at the ground.
Do not knock off the
flowers when you spray.
For Ginseng plants less
than two years old
Follow the procedures above
For Ginseng plants greater
than two years old
These plants should
be sprayed 7 - 9 times each season beginning after the plants have
re-emerged and leaves have formed. Spray these plants every two weeks with
one half ounce
Foliar by Nature®
nutrient to a gallon of water (15 mils to five Liters water) until 7 - 9
sprays have been applied.
For maximum results we
recommend watering with ¼ oz.
Root by Nature®
to one gallon of water for the best results. (10 ml in 5 l). Water your
crop at least once every 14 days with this solution
