DustLess is high-tech, clear, clean, safe, odorless, organic fluid, which is highly refined, proven to be non-toxic to humans, animals, marine life and plants. DustLess does not freeze in cold weather climates. DustLess will not evaporate or dry out even over extended periods of time. After initial surface application DustLess gradually creeps down into the soil both laterally and vertically below the surface. Second and subsequent applications require less and less product for effective treatment because DustLess remains in the soil working to control dust long after the application.

DustLess does not create a slippery surface, it is not sticky, and does not dry out. DustLess is non-toxic, is non-corrosive, does not contain chlorides, and is not alkaline. The treated area may be used immediately after application.

Construction roads, haul roads and access roads can benefit greatly with an application of DustLess. Once applied to these the control remains in effect for up to a year regardless of type or number of traffic. This has the benefit of keeping the abutters happy, keeping the workers happy and healthy, and as a side benefit the equipment is cleaner and requires less maintenance and down time for lubrication and filter changes.

Traffic Surfaces

Dust control for driving surfaces. Dust will be contained for several months with no or minimal maintenance. In extreme dust situations the application rate may be increased for longer lasting, more heavy duty requirements. Application rate is typically 400 gallons/acre for ½” depth of soil material. Clay or fine soils will require additional treatment.
