Dust
Control (Driving Surface Areas)
This application
method is intended to provide a solution for areas requiring dust
control where traffic is present and for protecting soil from wind
erosion. This type of application is not intended for soil
stabilization use. During times of extensive vehicular use it may be
desirable to apply maintenance applications (frequency of applications
dependent on volume of usage). Maintenance application will be at
lower application rates and less and less frequency over time.
DustLess does not dry out, wash out, evaporate, or harden, remaining
in the soil for extended periods of time. This means eventually all of
the loose particles will become treated over time.
Recommended Application Rates (per surface acre)
400 gallons of
DustLess per surface acre for normal traffic areas. Application rates
may be adjusted for traffic extremes or extremely deep, persistent
dust.
Recommended Application Method(s)
DustLess may be
applied with a tank and pump, hydroseeder, water tanker, tank and
gravity feed drip bar, or similar equipment – sized appropriately for
the size of the application area.
