DirtGlue polymer emulsions are environmentally friendly and harmless to living things.

DirtGlue is an acrylate polymer emulsion that binds soil particles together to prevent wind and water erosion

DirtGlue polymer emulsions can be used for an attractive, economical, and effective alternative to asphalt or concrete in roadways, driveways, or parking lots

DirtGlue is an acrylate polymer emulsion that can seal construction and mining sites to reduce costs and improve profitability

DirtGlue has been awarded contracts for Dust Control from the US GovernmentHow Government Might Use DirtGlue

DirtGlue polymer emulsion Government uses:

1 To control dust at airfields

2 To control dust at helicopter landing areas

3 To control dust at refueling sites

4 To control dust at repair sites

5 To control dust at bivouac areas

6 To control dust at rearming sites

7 To make new runways and taxiways

8 Expand existing runways and taxiways

9 To control dust at motor pool sites

10 To control dust at ammo dumps

11 To harden driving surfaces in battle zones making it difficult to plant land mines

12 Ability to maintain roads during rain and extreme heat

13 Ability to re-surface areas after dust storms without having the cost in time, equipment, and manpower to clean up or truck away the dust and sand

14 Hardening driving surfaces for parking and storage of vehicles and equipment on military bases

15 Surfacing of levees and earthen dams

16 Access roads surfaced to prevent erosion

17 Construction projects will no longer need to fear rainy seasons.

18 Erosion control of banks, berms, cliffs, sand dunes, etc.

19 A light spray (with seed if desired) to deforested areas will allow vegetation to re-vegetate the area

20 After a forest fire, a light spray will reduce the potential for erosion and eliminate ash from polluting streams and waterways. This can be sprayed from the air over difficult terrain, as well as accessible areas

21 Hardening the exposed soil, thereby eliminating the possibility of super saturation from rain, can control the areas that are prone to mud slides. Then later, remediation of the soil can take place during normal working time.

The use of DirtGlue to pave landing sites, for the re-fueling and re-arming, of aircraft as well as approach paths will reduce, if not eliminate clouds of dust that clog and damage the aircraft and cause a reduction in visibility.  Landing zones and helipads can be stabilized to minimize mud and shifting soils.

DirtGlue can also be incorporated into the sand for sand bags thereby providing a stable and hardened defense.  When applied to berm, revetments, landfills and other soil defenses, DirtGlue will harden, reducing dust, and repel moisture, reducing mud. When and where time permits, soil and DirtGlue and soil can be molded to make bricks to provide construction materials for abutments, walls, and shelters. DirtGlue polymer emulsions can be sprayed or poured onto stone dust that has been used to fill cracks in existing pavements thereby stabilizing the pavement and allowing further use, without additional expensive repairs.  DirtGlue, when incorporated into reclaimed materials, such as reclaimed asphalts and concrete, bonds the material together to stabilize it and allow use without further paving.  DirtGlue polymer used in conjunction with DirtGlue catalyst can be used to make pothole repairs (even at temperatures down to 33° F).

DirtGlue is non-toxic, water-based acrylic polymer emulsion that may be used in place of existing paving construction techniques.  It eliminates the need to build paved surfaces using sub-layers of gravels and sands.  In most cases DirtGlue may be used with the existing soil.  By mixing DirtGlue into the soil a quick and stable road surface can provided.  On military bases worldwide, the polymer can be used to replace costly pavement repairs, control vegetation, reduce dust and mud, provide additional landing sites, staging areas, and repair areas.  It will be used for both temporary and permanent control of soil erosion.  Also it will act as a method for re-vegetation, using seed, without risk of erosion.

DirtGlue can be sprayed with indigenous surface materials onto paved surfaces before, during, and after battle.  It has the ability to cover large acreage of indigenous soils and sands to provide areas for base personnel and equipment that would be much cleaner than using the existing ground.  It also has the ability to re-treat the areas after storms and to maintain a workable environment, free of sand and dust.  This reduces the time and cost of removing dust and sand from all equipment, from the pot used to cook a meal to the engines of helicopters to the weapons for battle.  It provides hard surfaces made from indigenous soils for staging areas for battle.  When the areas are sprayed with DirtGlue the dust cloud from the “heavy iron” is minimized thereby making it more difficult for the enemy to locate military movements.

After sweeping a road for mines, the road can then be hardened for use by applying a heavy application of DirtGlue   The “crust” in and on the soil would be very difficult, if not impossible for the enemy to re-mine without easy detection. Long stretches of routes and roads, to and from the battlefield could be protected in this way.  Hardened areas of indigenous soils can be used for artillery sites, right down to mortar pads, by the troops.  Hardened routes for battle equipment, free from dust, would increase the pace of the battle and be as important to the outcome as a battle tank.

In areas prone to flooding, DirtGlue can be used to make temporary berms to help divert impending floodwater to protect buildings thereby saving lives and billions of dollars of damage.

After damage has occurred in earthquake prone areas, DirtGlue can be used to build emergency roads or repair damaged roads to evacuate the injured and transport needed relief supplies.  Many more tons of relief supplies can be provided by truck rather than by helicopter.
