A well known nationwide company was having a new commercial building constructed in Providence, RI. The environmental regulatory agency with jurisdiction halted the construction due to dust and sediment from the soil stockpiles created during construction. DirtGlue Enterprises accomplished an emergency stockpile capping application that satisfied the environmental concerns and allowed construction work to continue uninterrupted.

DirtGlue Polymer Emulsions are powerful, high-tech bonding agents specifically engineered and formulated to bond soil particles together. Applied to the surface of the soil, DirtGlue Polymer Emulsions form a protective, flexible film that eliminates dust, prevents mud and controls erosion thereby providing a solution to today's challenging dust and erosion control requirements.

As DirtGlue Polymer Emulsion bonds the individual soil particles together and dries, it forms a flexible "crust" that strengthens the surface of the soil. It creates a three-dimensional matrix (depth varies depending on type of application and performance requirements) in the soil resulting in enhanced stability and durability.

As non-hazardous, water-soluble products, DirtGlue Polymer Emulsions may be applied to environmentally sensitive areas such as wetland buffer zones. They have no harmful effects on people, animals, fish, or other aquatic life. We offer 2 brands of DirtGlue Polymer Emulsions. Each is formulated for different performance requirements.

A 72K sf pile was capped using 550 gallons of DG Light. The pile survived the winter and was still capped 9 months later when the site was reclaimed and seeded.
